Brilliant pale lemon in colour, with intense aromas of peaches, white flowers, minerals and a hint of fresh sea breeze. On the palate a well-balanced prominent acidity with stone fruits and light minerality. Lingering finish with a mouth-watering acidity and long, complex persistence.
