Cured cheese made from raw sheep's milk, selected from herds of native breeds that carry out traditional grazing. Matured in a cellar in optimal conditions between 4 and 6 months with controlled humidity and temperature, which allows us to obtain unique pieces.

It is a pressed paste cheese with an intense flavour of raw sheep's milk; creamy consistency, velvety flavour and very pleasant in the mouth.
