Saffron-cured cheese from La Mancha, made with raw sheep's milk, raw material selected from herds of native breeds.
It is matured in the cellar between 4 and 6 months, time in which the perfect balance of flavour is generated.
This spice is infused during the manufacturing process with raw sheep's milk, and the strands that we add provide the characteristic color of this cheese and the flavour of Saffron.
Quality raw materials are chosen for the production of our cheeses, thus following our philosophy where we only use natural ingredients.
