A mixed cheese, like those of La Antigua, with all the flavour of cow's and sheep's milk, pressed paste and hard rind.
This cheese is made with 90% cow's milk and 10% sheep's milk.
Remembering that characteristic flavour of both races, made with pasteurized milk, which makes it suitable for consumption during pregnancy.
