Cured cheese with black pepper inside, made with raw sheep's milk, raw material selected from herds of native breeds that carry out traditional grazing. It belongs to the range of specialties, products with spices inside, which is made by adding black peppercorns during the production process. In this way, all the pasta acquires a more intense and easily recognizable smell and flavour.

It is a cheese matured between 4 and 6 months, with controlled temperature and humidity to obtain unique pieces.
Using only natural ingredients, valuing quality and taking into account the origin of the raw materials.
