Pata Negra Rioja Crianza is a wine obtained from high quality grapes, harvested when acidity, sugar and phenolic compounds have a perfect balance. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature, in addition we carefully control the maceration times: all this leads us to a special, very aromatic and tasty wine.
